Superior Court is no longer experiencing any significant IT outages. You should have no difficulties contacting the Court using listed phone numbers. Additional contact information is listed below.

Can I call the court?

Yes! Our main contact number, 404-612-4518, is back online, as are all phone numbers for judges’ chambers and other Court offices. If you encounter difficulty reaching us by phone, please e-mail specific departments for assistance.

 

Jury Service

I received a summons for jury service, do I need to report?

Yes. Jurors are still required to report. Please see the Jury Page for further instructions. 

 

Criminal Cases

How do I contact someone about a criminal case?

You should contact the Litigation Manager for the assigned judge.  A list of Litigation Managers for each judge can be found HERE.

My client was recently arrested.  When will he be scheduled for First Appearance?

First Appearances are still handled Monday – Saturday at the Fulton County Jail as they were before the outage.

I have a case pending in the Non-Complex Division and have questions.  Whom do I contact?

All outreach should be via e-mail at the below addresses. If you are not sure in which Division your case is, send an e-mail to both Divisions. All motions should still be e-filed. Courtesy copies of motions should be e-mailed to the Division e-mail address.

Civil Cases

Can I e-file my civil pleadings?

Yes.  You can continue to e-file via eFile-GA and PeachCourt.

How do I contact someone about my civil case?

You should contact the Staff Attorney for the assigned judge. A list of Staff Attorneys and their e-mail addresses can be found HERE.

I need to file an emergency motion; how do I do that?

Emergency motions should still be e-filed. A courtesy copy must be e-mailed to the Staff Attorney for the assigned judge. Any scheduling questions should be directed to that Staff Attorney. A list of Staff Attorneys and their e-mail addresses can be found HERE.

Unassigned emergency matters should be directed to the Presiding Judge. The Presiding Judge is listed on our website at www.fultoncourt.org.

 

Family Division

How do I apply for a Temporary Protective Order?

Instructions for TPOs can be found HERE. Filed requests for TPOs should be e-mailed IMMEDIATELY to familydivision@fultoncountyga.gov.

How do I address other time-sensitive matters?

Please contact a chambers staff member of the assigned judge via e-mail. A list of chambers staff members can be found HERE.

Real Estate records have not been affected by the outage. It is business as usual.
