Fulton County Superior Court Judges
The twenty Judges of the Superior Court preside over felony criminal cases, contract disputes, appeals from Magistrate Court, administrative agency appeals, and various other actions. In addition, the Superior Court has exclusive jurisdiction over all cases involving divorce and child custody, title to land, injunctions, and all other equity actions.
Chief Judge Glanville has served on the Superior Court bench since 2005 and as Chief Judge since 2022. He previously served as a Magistrate Judge for Fulton County from 1995-2004.
Judge Schwall has served on the Superior Court bench since 2005. He previously served as a judge for both the State Court of Fulton County and the Fulton County Magistrate Court.
Judge Adams has served on the Superior Court bench since 2009. She received her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School and graduated from Howard University in political science.
Judge Ellerbe has served as a Superior Court Judge since 2011, as the Presiding Judge of the Metro Atlanta Business Case Division since January 2019, and as an Adult Felony Drug Court Judge for 5 years.
Judge Eaton has served on the bench of Superior Court of Fulton County since 2021. He received his JD from Georgia State University College of Law and a BS from Univ. of Alabama.
