The Justice Resource Center and Atlanta Legal Aid Society will be hosting a FREE in-person family law clinic for self-represented litigants needing advice and paperwork on a variety of family law matters.
The first fifty (50) citizens who register, in-person, between 8:30-9:00AM, will be able to speak with an attorney from Atlanta Legal Aid Society. These attorneys will be able to provide brief legal advice and assist with paperwork. They will be able to assist matters of simple divorce, modification of child custody, child support, name change, legitimation, and other family court matters.
PLEASE NOTE: Citizens must pay for copies of legal form packets onsite. However these packets are free to download and you may print in advance.
The next clinic will be held March 22, 2024. Each month, for the remainder of 2024, we will be hosting this clinic.
Participants DO NOT need to pre-register.
