The Honorable Michael P. Boggs, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia, has declared a Statewide Judicial Emergency in the State of Georgia. The nature of this emergency is the continued effects of Helene throughout many parts of the State on those who work in or are required to practice or appear in our courts.
