Judge Craig L. Schwall was appointed to the Superior Court of Fulton County, by Governor Perdue in 2005.  Prior to his appointment to the Superior Court Bench, he served as a judge of the State Court of Fulton County from 2003-2005, and as a Fulton County Magistrate Court judge from 1996-2003.

Judge Schwall is a native of Atlanta, and a graduate of Auburn University and Emory Law School.  After graduating from law school in 1988, Judge Schwall joined the law firm of Schwall, Ruff & Goodman, which later became Schwall & Schwall.  He is married to Anne Schwall, and they have two sons, Craig, Jr. and Austin.
