The Families in Transition Seminar is a court ordered educational program for parties involved in divorce, separate maintenance, paternity, change of custody, visitation, legitimation, and other domestic relations matters involving minor children. The four-hour educational Seminar is conducted by trained counselors and therapists. The Seminar is offered by the Family Division of Fulton County Superior Court. Both parties involved in the action are REQUIRED to attend the Seminar within thirty (30) days of the Court Order being served upon the Respondent/ Defendant. Parties must attend the entire Seminar to obtain credit.
