The online schedule is alphabetized by name of defendant or plaintiff and is searchable by name or case number. Hearings are posted after midnight and include the current day's case hearings only.

NOTE: Some hearings are NOT LISTED. Do not fail to appear for a hearing for which you have received a notice.

 Process Servers are appointed on an annual basis. In order to be considered for appointment, petitioners must meet specific requirements for consideration. To become a process server for Superior Court, the requesting party must submit a petition for appointment which attests that he or she meets all of the established requirements. Petitioners must also sign and return an official application for review and consideration by the Process Server Review Panel. In addition, all petitioners MUST submit a copy of a recent (within 2 weeks of the request) criminal history check for review.
