Fulton County Superior Court - Atlanta - Georgia

 Fulton County Superior Court’s bench consists of 20 elected Superior Court Judges. Comprising both the Atlanta Judicial Circuit and the 5th Judicial District, ours is the largest and busiest trial court of general jurisdiction in the State of Georgia. Our Judges hear administrative appeals and preside over civil, major criminal, and domestic relations cases.

Since Fulton County includes Atlanta, the state’s capitol, our court is assigned all lawsuits filed against state government.

The Superior Court Administrator manages a variety of programs and services designed to provide the citizens of Fulton County with meaningful access to the judicial system.
